Most of our tools use ActiveX components for doing the grunt work.
It is imperative that this Activex component is not loaded at th time of doing the injection.
Please read this short document fully for basic instructions.
- Make sure that the tranciever of the Groove Account into which you are going to inject GXl is at its Welcome Page.
- Then Close the transciever.
- Then shut down Groove.
- Restart Groove.
- Select the Account.
- Make sure that the Welcome Page is displayed.
- Do not open any space that contains any version of the tool that you are injecting until the new injection has completed.
- Now inject the tool (example GXL.grv).
- After the injection has completed you may open any of the Groove spaces.
We have put the help and instructions for these tools on the 'net, so they will always be there if you want to refer
back to them, and we can also update them regularly based
on customer feedback.
